Overview
The Keysight N1046A is a remote electrical sampling head module for an N1000A DCA-X measurement system. Small sampling heads shorten the connection between the analyzer and the device under test, reducing the length of the high-frequency signal path. The source lists 75 GHz, 85 GHz, and above-100 GHz bandwidth configurations, with one, two, or four electrical channels per module. System-level channel counts depend on the full mainframe and module setup. The module targets high-speed waveform, eye-diagram, jitter, and noise measurements.
