Overview
The Keysight DSOX2002A is a two-channel digital storage oscilloscope in the InfiniiVision 2000 X-Series. Its 70 MHz bandwidth and maximum real-time sample rate of 2 GSa/s support basic circuit development, troubleshooting, and electronics instruction. The oscilloscope provides 1 Mpoint of acquisition memory and an 8.5-inch display for viewing waveforms and measurement results. Automated measurements, waveform math, and FFT analysis help characterize signals during bench testing. Additional capabilities depend on installed licenses and hardware options.
