概述
The Yokogawa AQ6360 is an optical spectrum analyzer for production testing of telecom lasers, optical transceivers, and amplifiers across the 1,200 to 1,650 nm wavelength range. A free-space input supports single-mode and multimode fibers. Built-in analysis functions and Ethernet/GPIB interfaces support automated manufacturing measurements.
