概述
The 80E04 adds electrical sampling and TDR stimulus to a compatible sampling oscilloscope. Reflections support investigation of interconnect discontinuities and impedance behavior. Suitable fixtures, reference-plane calibration, host software, input limits, and channel arrangements establish the applicable measurement procedure.
