概要
The Santec TSL-550 is a tunable laser source for optical component and module characterization, supporting wavelength-dependent loss measurements and configurable scanning test arrangements. Different optical-band options cover portions of 1,260 to 1,680 nm. Type A and Type C versions have different wavelength-accuracy specifications.
