概要
The Keysight N1092A is a single-channel optical sampling oscilloscope in the DCA-M family. It supports optical waveform and eye-diagram measurements with a compact measurement module controlled through FlexDCA. The manufacturer lists an optical bandwidth of 28 GHz, a sampling rate up to 250 kHz, intrinsic jitter below 200 fs RMS, and optical noise below 5 µW under specified conditions. An unfiltered bandwidth above 40 GHz is available with option 40A, and integrated clock recovery is available with option CDR. These options are configuration choices and are not represented as included accessories.
