概要
The Keysight N1060A is a precision waveform analyzer for high-speed electrical signal characterization. The source describes two electrical channels with selectable bandwidths from 50 to 95 GHz and a maximum sampling rate of 250 kSa/s. An integrated clock recovery function supports measurements of NRZ and PAM4 signals. Noise and rise-time performance vary with the bandwidth setting; the listed 50 GHz configuration has a 7 ps rise time and 0.7 mV RMS noise. Inputs use 1.0 mm connectors for high-frequency connections.
