概要
The ITECH IT5100 series is designed for checking battery internal resistance and terminal voltage during inspection and sorting. Its AC four-terminal measurement method reduces the influence of lead resistance, while the display presents resistance and voltage together. A built-in comparator supports pass/fail decisions, and statistical functions help track measurement results over a production run. The source identifies 0.1 µΩ resistance resolution and 10 µV voltage resolution for IT5101 and IT5101E configurations. External USB storage supports retaining test data.
